As the situation with COVID-19 continues to evolve, let us assure you, the health and safety of our employees, customers, and partners is our top priority at Express. We are incredibly thankful for the flexibility of our team and can happily report our operation continues.

    We are available 24/7 via all required service lines, and according to our regular schedule for the others.

    We continue to add jobs, creating an opportunity for people to earn a safe living to support their families.

    We continue to add new client needs and new lines of business as the demands change in response to the pandemic.

    We continue to screen and select reliable and highly skilled candidates for growth roles.

    We continue to perform at maximum capacity (service levels) in all lines of business.

    We continue to adjust with care and caution for our employees, customers, and partners, through an open line of candid communication and good intent to not just survive but thrive during this situation

Our employees: We have contributed to the fight by very early and clearly, creating a robust and continuously improving action plan in response to the pandemic in collaboration with the advisory of the World Health Organization and the respective health officials for our different geographical locations. Our plans saw the combined promotion and use of hyphened hygienic practices, physical and social distancing in all facilities, supply of essential resources, and the use of work from home flexibility to comply with government-mandated lockdown where applicable. We will continue to supply our team with the resources and updates on the latest guidelines from health authorities. While we continue to monitor with caution as we improve our plans to resume activities back onsite our facilities.

Serving our customers and partners: We have demonstrated full transparency through proactive communications with our customers and partners on our in-house steps, and likely next steps where possible, particularly relevant to their business and potential impact. We have worked in collaboration to ensure all measures are mutually beneficial, offered additional services to offset changing demands, and tweaked operational needs, including financial resources, all in good faith.
